Toyota splits into two very different worlds for us: the modern GR Supra, which shares much of its steering hardware with BMW, and the older Supra and Hilux, which use Toyota's own parts. Both are built to keep the factory airbag and controls.

Our Toyota pages cover the GR Supra, the earlier Supra and the Hilux. The GR Supra's column and connector follow the BMW-derived platform, so the core differs from the A80-era Supra — which is why we match on the car, not the name.

For the GR Supra most customers want a carbon fibre or Alcantara rim with a flat bottom and contrast stitching; for the older Supra the request is usually a thicker-rimmed leather wheel that keeps the car's original character while improving grip. Hilux owners typically want a durable leather wheel for daily and off-road use.

Send a photo of your current wheel and the VIN. On the GR Supra especially, the build depends on which airbag and button set the car left the factory with.

Does the GR Supra use BMW parts?

The GR Supra shares much of its steering hardware with the BMW platform it was co-developed on, so its core differs from the older Toyota Supra. We match on the car, not the model name.

Can I keep the airbag and buttons on a Hilux?

Yes. The original airbag, clock spring and multi-function buttons are reused on standard Hilux builds.

Do you build for the A80 Supra?

Yes. The older Supra uses Toyota's own core, and the usual build is a thicker-rimmed leather wheel that keeps the original look.

What if my Toyota is not listed?

Send a photo of the wheel and its connector plus the VIN, and we will tell you whether we have a core for it. Do not assume it is unavailable.

Which material suits off-road use?

For a Hilux or similar, perforated leather is the most durable and easiest to clean. Alcantara is available but needs more care in dusty conditions.

Can you match the original stitching colour?

Yes. We can match the factory stitch colour or use a contrast colour such as red or silver.
