Mercedes-Benz Steering Wheels
Custom Mercedes-Benz steering wheels — factory-direct, OEM fitment, global shipping.
Mercedes builds two very different wheels: the standard multi-function wheel and the AMG Performance wheel with the round drive-unit controller. We work with both, keeping the controller, the display and the buttons in their original positions while changing the rim to carbon fibre, Alcantara or leather.
Our catalogue covers the A-Class in W176 and W177 form, the C-Class from W203 through W204, W205 and W206, the E-Class from W211 through W212, W213 and W214, the S-Class W220, the CLS in C218, C219 and C257 form, and the G-Class W463. Airbag and connector types differ between these generations, so the core is selected for your car.
The most requested Mercedes build is an AMG-style flat-bottom rim in carbon fibre or Alcantara with a 12 o'clock marker and contrast stitching. On cars with the AMG Drive Unit, the round controller is retained and the new rim is shaped around it, not over it.
Mercedes steering wheels are also the most commonly swapped part on the used market, which means the wheel on your car may already be a replacement. Send a photo of the wheel and its connector, plus your VIN, and we will confirm the correct core before the build begins.
Fitment & Compatibility
Materials available here: Carbon Fiber.
Fitment is confirmed against your chassis code and model year before production — send us a photo of your current wheel and we will verify the core and controls.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you keep the AMG Drive Unit on my wheel?
Yes. On cars with the round AMG controller, the unit is retained and the new rim is shaped around it so the display and buttons stay in their original positions.
Do Mercedes wheels differ much between generations?
Yes. The airbag, clock spring and button set changed between W203, W204, W205 and W206, for example. Because of that the core is matched to your car rather than to the model name.
Can I keep my original airbag and buttons?
On most builds we reuse your original airbag, clock spring and multi-function buttons. Tell us the model and we will confirm before ordering.
Is a flat bottom available on non-AMG cars?
Yes. The flat-bottom rim uses the same core and controls, so it can be fitted to a standard Mercedes wheel as well as an AMG one.
What materials do you offer?
Real carbon fibre, forged carbon fibre, Alcantara and Nappa leather, or a combination such as a carbon upper rim with a leather lower rim.
How do I know which core my car needs?
Send a photo of your current wheel and its connector, plus the VIN. Used cars often already have a replacement wheel, so the photo matters more than the badge.
