Return & Refund Policy

Return Conditions
Submit a return request within 30 days upon delivery and obtain RMA authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
The returned item must be uninstalled and undamaged, with its original full-set packaging. Installed, modified or scratched custom items are non-returnable.
The buyer covers the shipping cost for non-defective returns.
Refunds
If the conditions for return and refund are met, once the returned goods are received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. The refund typically takes 7 business days to arrive; actual arrival depends on your bank or payment provider.
Labor or fitting costs are not reimbursable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every wheel is inspected before it ships. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Warranty
Every YINGGENE steering wheel carries a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accident, or normal wear.
