1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.yinggene.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from YINGGENE. The Site is operated by Guangzhou Yingjie Technology Co., Ltd. ("YINGGENE", "we", "us").

By browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Products

YINGGENE manufactures custom, made-to-order steering wheels and related automotive interior products. Each product is hand-built to the specification confirmed with you before production begins.

YINGGENE is an independent aftermarket brand. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Our products are not original OEM parts; they are designed for compatibility with the vehicle specification confirmed with you. All vehicle manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe fitment.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

An order is accepted once we have confirmed your vehicle details, the final design and payment. Because every wheel is made to order, changes requested after production has started may not be possible.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where vehicle details cannot be verified, where a requested design raises a safety concern, or where payment cannot be completed. If we cancel an order before production begins, you receive a full refund.

4. Fitment and Compatibility

Correct fitment depends on the vehicle information you provide, including make, model, chassis code, model year and trim. We confirm fitment with you before production. You are responsible for providing accurate details and for checking the confirmed specification before production starts.

Compatibility with airbag and steering-wheel controls depends on the parts fitted to your vehicle. Where you supply your own OEM core we reuse it; where you do not, we build on the correct core for the specification we confirmed.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any import duties or taxes payable in the destination country. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including PayPal and major credit cards. Payment must be completed before production begins.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Production takes 10-15 business days and international transit typically 15-20 business days. These are estimates and exclude customs delays, holidays and events outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Every YINGGENE steering wheel carries a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

8. Installation, Use and Safety

Steering wheels are safety-critical components and are connected to your vehicle's airbag and control systems. Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional following the vehicle manufacturer's procedures.

YINGGENE is not responsible for damage, injury or loss resulting from improper installation, unauthorised modification, or use of a product outside its intended purpose. Do not install a product that appears damaged or that does not match the confirmed specification — contact us first.

9. Custom Designs and Customer-Supplied Parts

Where you provide a design, logo or an OEM core, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Customer-supplied parts are handled with care but remain your property, and remain at your risk until the finished product is delivered to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, images, photographs, product designs and logos — is owned by or licensed to YINGGENE and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YINGGENE's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of profit, or the cost of alternative transport. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the Site. Please review this page periodically.
