How can I confirm fitment for my car?
Tell us your exact car model, year and chassis code (e.g. BMW 3 Series F30 2015). Our factory checks OEM fitment — including airbag, buttons and paddle shifters — before your order ships.
Does it include the airbag, buttons, or paddles?
The steering wheel is the rim/body. Steering wheel buttons, paddle shifters and airbag are optional add-ons — select them in the options above. The original airbag/buttons can usually be reused.
Is it real carbon fiber or just a sticker/wrap?
100% real carbon fiber — never hydro-dipped or wrapped. We use genuine 3K twill carbon fiber with a glossy or matte finish.
Is installation difficult?
No. It is a direct OEM replacement — no cutting, splicing or permanent modification. Most installers complete it in 30-90 minutes. A step-by-step guide is included.
Will original heating or vibration functions still work?
Only if specified. If those functions need to be retained, it must be clearly stated during customization, and additional fees usually apply.
Do you support single-piece customization?
Yes. Single-piece and bulk customization are both welcome. Custom logos, stitching colors and designs are available.
How will you package such a large/fragile item?
We use reinforced packaging with foam protection to ensure safe delivery. If damaged in transit, we provide free replacement.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Custom-made wheels can be returned if there is a defect. Non-custom stock items follow standard return policy. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
